the caravan was super clean with fresh bedding. i found the staff at reception helpful. i could use the heated indoor pool, despite some facilities being closed because it is out of season. the location offered beautiful views.

Really good Caravan and Facilities!

clean caravan well-equipped kitchen early heating free wifi

I was impressed by the cleanliness and order inside the caravan. Everything was immaculate. The kitchen was amazingly clean, and I found every utensil I needed. The resort granted our request to switch the heating on an hour before check-in. The rooms were actually warm upon arrival. The free WiFi access was a huge plus for entertainment streaming.

The clubhouse was closed for food service a couple of days , a bit inconvenient.

The caravan had a strange smell upon arrival. it lingered for a couple of days (i even bought air freshener). the clubhouse food was unavailable two days out of four. The reason was a lack of a chef. it seemed like a letdown for a family stay.

Our "4 Berth Comfort Caravan" was quite new! It had lots of storage. The kitchen came equipped with all necessary utensils. I found the beds clean and comfy.

The clubhouse food service was inconsistent, operating only two out of the four nights of my stay

Our caravan was very modern. The shower was very good. It was quite powerful. The view from the caravan was also lovely.

We booked a caravan for a family of nine. Our caravans were not near each other. It was not convenient. The swimming pool closed at 4pm.

convenient base for cornwall exploration

the venue onsite and the swimming pool were really handy for my children. location next to porth beach allowed lovely coastal walks. safe spaces offered plenty of room for children to play. the view in the accommodation was amazing. it was clean and well kept, which i thought was great.

the seating area in the caravan was a bit uncomfortable.

i found no food in the club house for two days. the first excuse was they could not cater for 'gluten free'. the second was they did not have a chef, so they closed the kitchen.

the caravan had plenty of cutlery, glasses, and plates. it also featured a large en-suite double bedroom. i appreciated the good supply of toilet rolls, hand towel, and washing up resources.

The staff were lovely, especially ashley, the evening entertainer. she was fabulous with the children, and she really helped entertain them. everyone was very friendly. This is why i came back this year.

the park had limited playing equipment and entertainment. the outdoor pool was dirty, though the indoor pool seemed cleaner. the pools closed early, disappointing.
